With nearly 20 years of experience in residential real estate right here in Hampton Roads, Jonathan has honed his skills in leadership and project management by flipping numerous houses across the 757. With the help of a team of contractors and a lot of elbow grease, he enjoys transforming hidden gems back into sturdy, functional and attractive family homes. His passion for bringing a property back to life and uniting it with its perfect owner led him to further explore the world of custom new construction. Not only does Rachel have a deep understanding of the construction process, her flair for design helps families put unique and elegant finishing touches on their spaces.
